2-3 times a week or as appropriate. 
Use a small amount of water and a little lather. Repeat once more. 

Tip 1: When you wash your hair using lukewarm water and not too hot, because it causes increased oil production. When rinsing, use cool water closes the pores of the skin. 
Tip 2: Do not play with your hair! The more the grip the more the "Grease"!
