Thanks to the presence of salicylic acid in alcoholic gel, it delivers a rapid chemical keratolytic action by thinning the stratum corneum. The combined presence of lactic acid enhances the keratolytic effect.
It can be used as an exfoliating treatment for psoriatic plaque, hyperkeratotic plaque and ichthyosis, but also for the preparation of cryotherapy.
Do not apply to the mucous membranes, the genital area, and the face, as well as on skin with abrasions or irritations.
Do not use by people sensitive to salicylic acid.
If sun exposure is avoided during treatment.
After gentle cleansing apply a thin layer of Silben evenly over the treatment sites, taking care to avoid the surrounding area of healthy skin.
Pediatric use is only permitted under the recommendation and supervision of a physician.
