Rich in Omega 3 fatty acids EPA & DHA in the form of phospholipids and Astaxanthin. EPA and OHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart while 1 OHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. Astaxanthin provides antioxidant protection.
