Terms of participation

1. The competition is open to all those who have reached the age of 18. Employees of the company Co-located Pharmacies of Kallirois Veletakou and Ioannis Macheira OE, pharmacydepot cure and care, www.pharmacydepot.gr, as well as their spouses and their first and second degree relatives are excluded.

2. The competition begins on January 20, 2026 and ends on February 12, 2026.

3. From among the participants in the competition, 5 winners will be selected who will win:

4. The draw will take place on February 13, 2026 at the offices of the joint-stock company Co-located Pharmacies of Kallirois Veletakou and Ioannis Macheira OE. (Aetideon 6-8, Cholargos). 5. The gift is personal, not transferable and not exchangeable for money or other gifts.

7. Participants may only take part in the competition once. The possibility of multiple participation is excluded.

8. Legal taxes on gifts, fees, deductions, and any other expenses required to receive the gifts are borne by the winners.

9. The goods will be collected from the store address www.pharmacydepot.gr, Aetideon 6-8, 15561, Cholargos, Attica. In the event that participants are unable to collect the products from the online store, a free shipment will be made to a shipping address that they will declare. The winners of the competition will be able to collect their products as long as their details (name, VAT number, tax number, etc.) have been verified and as long as they show their police ID. However, they can legally authorize someone to collect them on their behalf. The winners of the competition can collect or have their gifts sent to them until February 20, 2026, a deadline after which they permanently lose the right to obtain their products for free. There is no charge for the transportation of the products, as long as the shipment is made within Greece. Participants from abroad are charged with the postal costs, as determined by the cooperating Greek courier company.

10. The organizing company as well as www.pharmacydepot.gr bear no responsibility for any physical or property damage or any other type of damage/expense caused to the winner and/or his/her companion from receiving the gift or the cancellation or postponement of its realization.

11. Given that the organizing company will process the personal data of the participants (name, email) within the framework of the competition, it undertakes to keep these files confidential and to process them to the extent absolutely necessary for the needs of conducting and publicizing the competition (publication of the names of the winners on the site and on its pages on social networking sites), taking all necessary measures to protect the personal data of the participants. By participating in the competition, the participants consent that the data they have declared on their Facebook profile (name) will be collected and processed for the purposes of the competition. If for any reason someone disagrees with the collection of their data, they can send a message to the inbox and be deleted from the list of participants.

12. Participation in the competition constitutes a free and clear declaration by the participants within the meaning of Law 2472/1997 for the company to keep a file with their personal data (name, email) and their processing by the organizing company. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the use of his name for the purpose of publishing the competition and its results as well as for the processing of his personal data as above. The winners have no claim against the organizer for this reason and are not entitled to any remuneration or compensation.

13. The organizing company has the right to verify the validity of the entries and to exclude any participant who attempts to illegally intervene in the participation process or whose participation does not comply with these terms. In case the participant's details cannot be verified, he/she will be excluded from the right to receive his/her prizes.
