Spread evenly over face and neck at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or toweling. To reach the protection indicated by the sun protection you must use quantity 2mg/cm ² (about 1/3 teaspoon for the face and neck). Reducing this quantity significantly reduces the level of protection.
