A continuous increasing percentage of population appears acne once or twice in his life, regardless of age and sex. It is a dermatological disease that occurs due to many factors and still have not clarified the exact causes. The common denominator is the factors such as genetic predisposition, diet, excessive stress, allergies, hormonal disorders, etc. contribute to increased sebum, and the sebaceous resources fail to eliminate and the creation of  pimples is inevitable.

            Acne is more severe in men than in women because of testosterone. This is due to the enzyme 5a reductase, which converts testosterone to androgen causing stronger acne.
